HRB is seeking a Homeownership Program Coordinator to support the sale and stewardship of its growing inventory of permanently affordable homes. The coordinator will work closely with applicants, providing education about the community land trust model and real estate services through purchase, sale and closing. It is an ideal role for someone who is meticulous about processes, would enjoy building relationships with prospective buyers, current owners, and community stakeholders, and is passionate about creating a more equitable housing system.
