Costs:

• Rent is set by our funders and will be calculated based on income.
• $500 per approved pet, maximum 2 pets, cats or dogs only. Service animals or emotional support animals are allowed with completion of HRB paperwork.
• HRB pays for water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant pays for electricity.
• Security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
• $50 per adult for a background search (successful applicants only).

Requirements:

• This unit is not subsidized. Tenants must be able to pay the rent in full or have a Section 8 voucher.
• Applicants must be able to move into the unit within 30 days of approval or by the time the unit is available, whichever is later.
• This is an income-restricted home. Applicants must either have a Section 8 voucher or meet the income requirements below.
