Additional considerations
All HRB rentals prioritize households on the waitlist who are fleeing domestic violence and/or who are homeless. All HRB units with ADA accessibility features prioritize households with mobility- or disability-related accessibility needs.
Documentation of identity, student status, income, and assets will be verified. Subsidized units require disclosure and verification of Social Security numbers for all household members. Applicants must be able to pass a background check covering credit, criminal, and rental history (call for more information). HRB does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports, often called portable tenant screening reports.
HRB does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity in access to programs and services.
